Club Card (membership) is a nominal card and entitles its owner to use the Club facilities during its validity period, with no limitations, within the following basic Welles Club options:

- Fitness Studio activities (gym, fitness rooms activities, aqua aerobics),
- Dance and Movement Studio,
- Eastern Forms Studio (yoga, tai-chi chan) accordingly with the valid 
  schedule (from the day of the purchase till the end of the validity period)
- pool hall and the sauna complex (from the day following the purchase till
  the end of the validity date)

Reduced Membership Card as well as reduced passes are designed for pupils and students under the age of 26 as well as pensioners and retired persons, after presenting suitable documents.
Membership Card is a nominal card and lending it to other persons will result in blocking it (equal to deleting its validity) with no right to recollect its worth.
Club Members are obliged to verify their identity when asked by the Reception worker to do so. 
When the card is lost or damaged there is a possibility of buying a duplicate, which costs 10 PLN.

Club Members Privileges:

1.  Family Membership Discount Card – after paying additional 5PLN per one card Club Members may receive Discount Cards for their closest relatives (husband, wife, children), which will authorize them to 25% discounts when purchasing season tickets and passes to the Wellness Club (1h, 2h, with no time or family limit) and tickets to the pool hall. However, the discount does not apply to the to the overdue  time, sauna fare and water bar purchase. Discount Cards for family members are valid only within the period when the Club Members cards are valid and open.  Discount cards expire the same day the Members Cards. Discount cards are nominal.  
 Family Members  are obliged to verify their identity when asked by the Reception or pool hall workers to do so.  Using the Discount Cards by unauthorized persons will result in blocking it with no right to recollect its worth.  Discount Cards do not authorize to receive discounts for additional offers such as Program Senior, Teacher, Ju-Jitsu for children and dancing classes.

2. Club Members are allowed to introduce Club Guests, however these persons may not be registered as a Club member within the last 12 months and may not be registered as a former Club Guest. Before using the services guests are obliged to verify their identity and sign the Club regulations. Maximum 1 guest per day may be introduced. Guests are allowed to use the gym and scheduled activities after previous reservation at the Club reception desk.
3. Personal training and nutrition consultation discount is 20% off the standard price.
